The MBA programme is structured to develop professional managers, strategic thinkers, and entrepreneurs capable of addressing complex and dynamic business environments. Core Courses Include: Management Concepts and Approaches Managerial Accounting and Finance Marketing Management Organizational Behaviour Human Resource Management Quantitative Techniques Managerial Economics Computer Applications in Management Communication and Personal Effectiveness Operations Management Research Methodology Business Environment Specializations (Dual Specialization Model). In the second year (III & IV Semesters), students may specialize in two functional areas from: Marketing Finance Human Resource Management Specializations are delivered through elective courses, applied assignments, and project work. Experiential and Practical Components Summer Internship between II and III Semester Industrial Visits to reputed organizations Major Research Project / Dissertation in the Fourth Semester Industry Interaction Sessions and Guest Lectures Skill Development Initiatives Personality Development and Professional Effectiveness Training Corporate readiness workshops. The MBA curriculum is periodically reviewed to incorporate emerging domains such as digital business, financial innovation, entrepreneurship, analytics, and sustainable management practices.
