Shri. D. Ramadurai, is a Post Graduate in Agriculture from Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, West Bengal after graduating in Horticulture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He is a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) and also qualified Cost Accountant (ACMA – Erstwhile ICWA). He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB). He also holds additional Post Graduation in Business Administration (MBA) with Banking & Finance as specialization and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Administration.(PGDLA)
He has varied experience in banking and Finance. Prior to his current assignment, he worked as Deputy General Manager (Finance) in Tamil Nadu Road Infrastructure Development Corporation, wholly owned by Government of Tamil Nadu. He was heading its Finance Dept. and handled financial management of Externally Aided Projects viz. AIIB & OPEC among others. Besides, he was also handling General Administration Division of the Corporation. He also has rich experience in Banking having worked as Officer in various cadres starting from Scale I to Scale V in Repco Bank which is under the Administrative control of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. Across a career spanning around 25 years in the Bank, he worked in the Credit Dept. of the Bank and has rich experience in various Branches.
